NEWLY REMODELED COTTAGE

This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! It is fully furnished with a complete kitchen. The house is right on 100' of Otsego Lake and has the best sunset views. This rental includes the use of row boats, paddle boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, and a sandy beach area. A dock is available for a boat or to fish off the end. It’s close to the highway, downtown, golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages.

The Space:

You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit, and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. The rooms in this home have a Queen bed, with 2 pillows for each bed, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with 2 pillows and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply parer product like toilet paper and paper towels.

Bedding and linens are not supplied unless request at an additional flat fee of $40 Cash due at arrival.

Outside:

You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers.

You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger families at a discounted price.
We do not have cable tv but do have internet and a DVD player. We also have an Apple TV device that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, ect. on. You can also hook up your own devices to the TV like video games.
