ABOUT
This 1280 sq ft home is located 50’ off of Otsego Lake with 50’ of water frontage. You can sit on the front deck and watch the beautiful sunsets or around the fire pit located on the grassy area near the water.
The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. There is a Full futon and a Twin pull out couch in the living room. We also have a sun room on the front of the home overlooking the lake which has a Full futon. We will supply bedding on all beds including a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, comforter, and 2 pillows with cases.
We supply paper towel and toilet paper.
We supply 8 bathing towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
We do have a full kitchen with all the utensils but if you think we are missing some thing that you need please let us know. We may have one available and in some cases we will go out and buy it just so you have it while you are here.
We just want you to feel comfortable, clean, and safe stay here all the while having a fun and relaxing time.

Other Things to Note:
We do not have cable tv but we do have internet, Apple TV and a DVD player. You can also hook up your own devices to the TV.

Additional Rules:
The only pets allowed on the property are dogs and there is a $100.00 per dog fee for a 7 day or under stay, due at check-in. All dogs must stay on a leash while on the property per township rules. Please ask for over 7 day stays. No sleeping tents allowed on property. An adult 21 years old or older must be on site when checking in.
