This cozy home is 10' off of Otsego Lake. The home has a the best sunset views and a sandy beach to play on. The home comes fully furnished with all the kitchenware, row boats, kayaks, paddle boats, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more. It is a close drive to the highway, downtown, many golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. A dock is included for a boat or to fish off the end. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages also listed on Airbnb.

The Space:
You can use 100’ of beach front along with the 50’ of lot next to the home. The parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with trailers.

Other Things to Note:
We do not have TV reception or cable tv but do have internet and a DVD player. We also have internet along with a smart tv that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, or Netflix on. You can also hook up your own devices to the TV like video games or an Apple TV ect.

Additional Rules:
The only pets allowed on the property are dogs and there is a $100.00 per dog fee for a 7 day or under stay, due at check-in. All dogs must stay on a leash while on the property per township rules. Please ask for over 7 day stays. No sleeping tents allowed on property. An adult 21 years old or older must be on site when checking in.
