This cozy home is right on Otsego Lake. The home has a the best sunset views and a sandy beach to play on. The home comes with a full kitchen with all the kitchenware, row boats, kayaks, propane bbq grill, picnic table and much more. It is a close drive to the highway, downtown, many golf courses and is walking distance to 2 bar/restaurants. A dock is included if you have a boat or want to fish off the end. The home shares the property with 2 other rental cottages also listed on Airbnb.
The Space:
You have access to the 100’ of beach front and the 50’ of grassy area. We have 1 main fire pit, and a portable one with plenty of chairs for everyone. The rooms in this home have a Queen bed, with 2 pillows for each bed, along with a dresser in each. The living room has a full futon couch with 2 pillows and a double sitting couch. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, and all the kitchenware you should need. If there is something missing we will do our best in getting it for you. We do supply paper products like toilet paper and paper towels but bedding and linens are not supplied unless you request at an additional flat fee of $40 Cash due at arrival. Please let us know in text if you are wanting this option.

There is plenty of parking on the other side of the road and can fit many vehicles with or without trailers.
We have a shed accessible for all the renters to use. It stores tubes, life jackets, corn hole, and other outdoor fun activities.

Other Things to Note:
We do not supply bedding or linens but do offer them, which include 8 pillows with cases, 4 fitted and cover sheets, 4 blankets, 6 bathing towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 wash cloths. If you would like the bedding and linens, it is an extra $40 Cash when you arrive. Please let us know when you book if you would like this option.
We supply toilet paper and paper towels at no extra charge.
You can contact me to get a discount on renting one of the other 2 homes on the property for bigger or multi families at a discounted price.
We do not have TV reception or cable tv but do have internet, a DVD player, and Apple TV. We also have a Smart TV that you can use your own Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, or Netflix on. You can also hook up your own devices to the TV like video games or Roku.

Additional Rules:
The only pets allowed on the property are dogs and there is a $100.00 per dog fee for a 7 day or under stay, due at check-in. All dogs must stay on a leash while on the property per township rules. Please ask for over 7 day stays. No sleeping tents allowed on property. An adult 21 years old or older must be on site when checking in.
